During teaching practice, students teachers get feedback from monitor school and college teachers. Many educators and scientists clarify the importance of feedback in giving the right guidance for persons.

        As a trainee teacher, I always give these feedback priority because I understand how much it is useful for my professional growth. Through my teaching sessions, I applied my monitor teachers feedback which improved my evaluation and allowed me to reach excellence.
