* Classroom Management Techniques
 ClassDojo is the main strategy that my MST use to manage students behavior. There are different rewards for learners when they collect certain points as clarified in the above picture. |  The teacher hangs different cards n the door to be used by students when they go to the toilet or the school clinic. |  The teacher arranges the classroom into five main centers and two extra centers to be used during independent practice. |

* Examples of Assessments
 This is an example of the writing assessment for grade three. The teacher evaluates the students' abilities to write a narrative text which is one of the learning outcomes for grade three. |  That is one of the central assessment that the teacher applies in her classroom every day. Individually, the student work on an online application called question a day where he/she answers several questions. |  This is an official exam from ADEC that students have to do at the end of the term. |
