Classroom Management Techniques

The primary classroom management technique in my monitor school teacher is the points table and the shop. The idea of this strategy is dividing students into five main groups and give them points in the schedule when they perform academically well and when they show good manners. Every Thursday the teacher counts which group gets the highest points and allow them to shop from the cabinet that is full of rewards and toys.

The pictures and videos demonstrate another interesting example of my monitor school teacher lessons where she offered an experiment for students to test the impact of water on candy. The teacher gave instructions by using the document camera and asking students. Then students worked in groups to implement the experiment by following the scientific method, and in the end, they recorded the results.
